Good options for storing luggage and lockable lockers in rooms. Breakfast options available. Nice common areas including a reading room and kitchen with a good bin system for recycling. Clean rooms without any odors or bugs. Got more than expected for the price paid.

The staff at Hi Calgary City Centre were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the location of the hostel, with easy access to public transportation and downtown. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the free breakfast and lemon water. I would highly recommend this hostel for budget travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary.

Noisy room.

Very clean room, easy check-in, and friendly staff. Excellent location with free parking. Loved the personal touches and snacks in the room. Walking distance to downtown attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to key places downtown and convenient for public transportation. Clean and well-organized kitchen with no trash or odor, making it easy to cook and prepare meals.- Helpful and caring staff, especially Lynda and Lydia, who went above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

Lack of friendliness from some of the staff members, which could be improved. Noisy nights due to a broken ventilation system, making it difficult to sleep well, and no apology or compensation offered in the morning.

Really kind staff, clean rooms with natural light and aircon, events like free hot dogs on Saturdays, big storage containers, organized storage in the kitchen.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Calgary! the location is perfect - right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore downtown. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed, including a private washroom. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious - a great way to start the day!

The Thanksgiving stay was enjoyable! One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast and hot beverages. the location was convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and local attractions. the comfortable bed was another advantage that enhanced the stay.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable and frequently disconnected, requiring re-logging in. Another negative aspect was the absence of shelves or a wardrobe in the room, which made it hard to store personal items.

Spent an awesome Easter weekend at a hostel in the city center. the staff were welcoming, always available for help, and made our stay comfortable and pleasant. the hostel location was perfect: close to public transportation, walking distance to all major attractions, and surrounded by bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi that allowed us to stay connected with family and friends. the hostel had a relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to meet amazing people from different parts of the world.

That the bathroom was shared, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us. we had to carry our bags to our room, which was located on the top floor, as there was no elevator.
